JOB DESCRIPTION:
High volume personal injury law firm is seeking an INTAKE SPECIALIST for its Veterans and Social Security Department. Ideal candidate will have receptionist, law firm call center and/or telemarketing experience, be bilingual, have strong computer experience and be able to handle a heavy call volume. Position is full-time with benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/ responsibility satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below, are representative (but not exhaustive) of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
-Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
-Previous call center/ law firm reception experience preferred
-Punctual, dependable, and reliable
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work both independently and with others
-Computer skills including working knowledge and ability to utilize applicable software programs
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-Strong listening skills
