Am Law 200's Corporate Practice Group is looking for a corporate associate with 3-5 years of experience for the West Palm Beach office.  The candidate would work closely with partners who handle M & A transactions in various industries including health care, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and hospitality; transactions involving capital markets; structuring of new ventures including joint ventures; reorganizations; securities matters; and general corporate matters.  Large law firm experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.  Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
